Developing Reading, Writing, and Pronunciation Skills

At Rawan Association for Child Development, nine-year-old Yamen is working to strengthen his skills in order to overcome difficulties in reading, writing, and pronunciation.

As part of one of the activities, Yamen used a board and beads to represent the letter “Baa,” linking the letter to pictures of words that begin with the same sound. He then colored the pictures, cut them out, and pasted them into his notebook, while practicing writing the letter on dotted lines.

This activity aims to connect sensory experiences with abstract concepts and to support the development of model transfer skills in children receiving special education support.
