Yesterday, Wednesday, the Rawan Association for Child Development concluded the summer club (Pride Club), which it organized over 10 continuous working days in Ramallah, in cooperation with the Arab Palestinian Investment Company – APIC. This club aimed to develop and enhance the capabilities of more than 30 children in the field of cognitive and social abilities. Linguistic, communication and communication skills.
The club included a range of motor, interactive and psychological release activities, including: (mosaic, collage, plant cultivation, drawing and colouring, music and drama) in addition to exploratory educational trips to a group of national factories that produce materials that appeal to children, such as sweets and healthy nuts. This club was part of individual and group programs for students with learning and speech difficulties, distraction disorders, and excessive movements. Nassar Yaqeen, a member of the association’s board of directors, stated that the Rawan Association, which was founded in 2008, with national teams with international expertise, is already leading the process of developing remedial education in Palestine, directed at children. up to the age of eighteen years, who suffer from academic learning difficulties, in reading, comprehension, and arithmetic, and also in the field of developmental learning difficulties related to concentration and attention. He added with certainty that this association has risen to the level of a specialized institute nationally and internationally in this field, and that it has become an applied center for institute graduates. And the colleges that grant their graduates qualifications in child education and specific special education, where the association’s teaching and training crews have rare opportunities to continuously develop their competencies and abilities, in addition to the participation of this association’s crews in international conferences that highlight the competence and capabilities of Palestinians in the areas of caring for children’s upbringing and preparing them properly for the future.
