Dr. Ma’an Al-Khatib, Dean of the Faculty of Community Development at Palestine Technical University – Kadoorie in Tulkarm, signed a cooperation agreement with Ms. Salam Asya, Executive Director of Rawan Association for Child Development in Ramallah.

The signing took place in the presence of Eng. Naeem Hamaidi, Head of the Continuing Education Department, Dr. Khaled Asya, a faculty member at the university, and Dr. Subhi Abu Shaira, a member of the association’s Board of Directors.

The agreement includes the development of specialized training and awareness programs focused on the early detection of children’s cognitive, behavioral, and educational difficulties. These programs are intended to benefit students, teachers, and counselors both within and outside the university, and will also extend to schools and rehabilitation centers across the governorate in coordination with the Ministry of Education.
