Dr. Maan Al-Khatib, Dean of the Faculty of Community Development, for Khadoori University of Tulkarm, signed a cooperation agreement with Ms. Salam Asiya, General Director of the Rawan Association for Child Development in Ramallah. Coordination took place in the presence of Engineer Naeem Hamaidi, Head of the Continuing Education Department, Dr. Khaled Asiya, a professor at the university, and Dr. Subhi Abu Shaira, a member of the Council. Administration in the Association 0 The agreement includes the development of specialized training and awareness programs regarding early detection of children’s cognitive, behavioral and educational problems that concern students, teachers and counselors inside and outside the university, so that it also includes the governorate’s schools and rehabilitation centres.
